  • All events must fall within the eligibility requirements listed in the Reynolds Event Planning and Facility Rental Management policy.
  • A Certificate of Liability insurance documenting coverage in the amount of one million dollars is required for all outside organization.

Audio-Visual Support

Our event spaces are equipped with the latest technology and the Reynolds Audio-Visual team is eager to serve you! Explore our most popular services and equipment below. If you are looking for something not on this list, let us know! 

  • AV Tech: A Reynolds A/V Tech to be onsite during your meeting to assist with the operation of the A/V equipment - $100/hour 
  • Clicker/Wireless Presenter: A wireless device that acts as a remote to control the movement of your slides during a presentation - $15
  • Extension Cord - $10
  • HyFlex Meeting: A Hybrid Flexible or HyFlex meeting is an attendee-centered model of content delivery that can integrate in-person presentation, online synchronous video sessions or asynchronous content delivery - $200/room
  • Laptop - $50
  • Meeting Owl: 360 Conference Room camera, mics and speaker to create a hybrid meeting experience - $200
  • Microphones - $25 each
    • Handheld Microphone: Wireless microphone held in the speakers hand or placed on a stand
    • Lavaliere Microphone: Small wireless microphone that can be clipped to speaker's clothing
    • Table-top Microphone: Push-to-talk microphones that sit on a table top
    • Wired Microphone:Wired microphone that can be set up on podium
  • Mixer: Electronic device used for mixing, balancing and combining different sounds and audio signals - $50
  • Mult Box: Box with multiple outputs of a single audio source. The sound engineer connects several microphones to allow all of them to get clean, high-quality audio - $50
  • Podium:A stand used to support a book or script in a convenient position for a standing reader or speaker - $50
  • Power Strip - $10

Catering Options

If food is to be served at your meeting or event, a licensed caterer must be utilized. No homemade food or refreshments are permitted. You may use any licensed caterer of your choice.  Certificate of Insurance from caterers may be required.
