In a series of community conversations, support from residents was high for greater access to academic and career pathways resulting from Reynolds' presence in Church Hill. By becoming an anchor tenant in a new development at 25th and Nine Mile Road - a site that also features a full-service grocery store and affordable apartments - the college brings critical workforce training to a historically under-resourced community in Richmond.
